Emerson Drive, is a Canadian country music band which started out in Grande Prairie, Alberta in 1995 as 12 Gauge. The band is composed of Brad Mates (lead vocals), David Pichette (fiddle), Danick Dupelle (lead guitar), Mike Melancon (drums), Patrick Bourque (bass) and Dale Wallace (keyboards). Mates is a native of Alberta, while Wallace is a native of British Columbia, and the other four members hail from Quebec.
