Nazareth

All the major towns in the West Bank – East Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Hebron, Jericho, apart from Ramallah – are all towns of historic Biblical significance. Interestingly, all these Biblical towns are dominated by predominant Arab populations, as are those in Israel as well, like Nazareth, Haifa, the hills and environs around the sea of Galilee.

IMMINENT WAR or..."ANSCHLUSS" of "West SYRIA"?Lebanese sources told a Nazareth newspaper that Syria is planning to evacuate its citizins from Lebanon and close the border by mid-month, Israel Radio reported Saturday. Syria had advised students in Lebanon that it would facilitate their return to Syria, and the continuation of their studies there.

Christians can now watch religious services live from Nazareth. Believers can also ask others to pray for them in sacred places. Four priests do two services a day, seven days a week.
